Situated in the heart of the Amsterdam, RUSH HOUR is a record store/label renowned for their vast collection of records from around the world, a great place to stumble upon a coveted Brazilian Bossa Nova LP or a definitive Detroit techno track. For one week we hosted a pop-up listening station in store, offering customers a heightened aesthetic, analogue experience. Talk sessions were held in the glass greenhouse at Hortus Botanicus, a luscious representation of analogue sentiments, it is one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world. The talk session was with guests from the local music scene, including Orpheu The Wizard and Ben Breach, who also shared their favourite tracks on vinyl. Afterwards, a listening session was held at 'RUSH HOUR'.
